Shipping Information

ORDER STATUS

Once your order is shipped, an email notification will be sent to you with a tracking number. Please ensure a valid email address is provided.

Status  Description
Paid Order cannot be modified after the order has been paid successfully. If you need to modify relevant order information, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible.
Order unfulfilled Your order has been received and we are preparing for the shipment upon sufficient stock.
Order fulfilled The products you have ordered have been shipped to your delivery address. Please view order waybill number and shipping status in "My Order".
Order completed System will update order status as “Order completed” automatically 15 days after products receipt.
Cancelled Order has been cancelled and will not be fulfilled.

 

COURIER INFORMATION 

Hong Kong Delivery

All Hong Kong deliveries will be made by SF Express with the following timelines:
* 3-4 working days to major commercial areas on Hong Kong island from the shipped date

China Delivery

China deliveries will be made by SF Express with the following timelines:
* 1-2 working days to Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing
* 3-4 working days to other cities in China

Macau & Taiwan Delivery
All Macau & Taiwan deliveries will be made by SF Express with the following timeline:
* 3-4 working days to everywhere across the cities

Delivery to the world
Deliveries to other countries will either be made by Post or E-Packet with the following timeliness:
* 7-10 workings days (For Asia countries)
*10-14 working days  (For USA, Canada, Europe)
